Our Strategic Plan for a Healthier, More Connected Community
Early in 2023 Teen Kitchen Project’s board and staff engaged in a strategic planning session to drive thoughtful growth and expansion of the organization. Key points of the plan include the development of a home for Teen Kitchen Project that provides a space for administrative offices and our own kitchen to allow for more youth engagement. This plan was updated in January 2026 and extended through 2028. The original goals were retained, a fourth goal was added, and strategies and outcome measures were updated for the extension period.
