This location also meets key criteria defined by our board and staff, including:
- Easy access to Highway 1, supporting delivery to our clients in the mountains of Los Gatos and Bonny Doon.
- Accessible for 100% of our current adult volunteers.
- Maximizes our ability to reach and serve youth with Soquel High School a ten-minute walk, Harbor High School a 5-minute drive, and Aptos High School a 15-minute drive (and opposite traffic after school).
- Our lease has a 10-year term with two five-year options for renewal. A long-term lease is key to maximizing utilization of the equipment and upgrades we will install.
